Puvi is very knowledgeable, gives great advice, and takes extra care and time in making sure I prevent injuries with mobility work and stretching. Workouts are always a killer but I feel great afterward and sore (but the good kind of sore lol). Definitely a sense of satisfaction after every session.

Training with Puvi has been a blast and very rewarding. I first started working with him doing high intensity workouts and plyometrics in order to increase my vertical jump and speed. His workouts push you to your limits which I love, he’s an outside of the box thinker and keeps his exercises unique and interesting. He keeps his clients accountable and supports them throughout. With his guidance I went from being unable to dunk to doing so with ease within the space of a month. He corrected my vertical jump form and speed. Subsequently I have seen my overall performance on the basketball court improve drastically.
