LACK OF STRUCTURE:

Most people “wing it” in the gym. Even if they do a “leg” day they don’t target specific leg muscles and end up overworking some and underworking others. They usually don’t know the most efficient workouts for each muscle and end up spinning their wheels. It’s typically why people work out but don’t see the results they want. As your coach, I will make sure that this doesn't happen to you.

CAN’T STICK TO A NUTRITION PLAN:

It is very common for individuals to struggle with their nutrition plan. Usually, because the plan they are on was not created by an expert for THEIR body, needs, and current workout plan and they burn out. Your nutrition plan should give you enough energy to crush your day AND your workout. When it doesn’t, people fizzle out. It’s totally normal but we can work on changing that!

Exactly how to perform each exercise is explained in video demonstrations that you can access on your mobile device! This allows you to be confident while performing each exercise. 


Whether you are training at your local gym or in the comfort of your own home, we can design a program to suit your needs! 


Your
personalised program will be updated on a monthly basis to ensure you are being challenged and pushing your body to make those gains! This will keep your training regime exciting and something you won't get bored of!

Working hard in the gym? Make sure you are fueling your body with what it needs! 


When designing your
(program name), we work out your calorie and macronutrient requirements based on your goals, making this process a lot easier for you, as you know dieting can become rather complex.


Worried about allergies or having food in your diet that you may not like? No worries! You can let me know what those foods are and we will be sure to add in an appropriate substitute to make sure you are still getting those important nutrients! 


Our goal is to ensure you are getting the correct calories and nutrients required to fuel your body but also ENJOYING what you eat. 


Your meal plan will update every 4 weeks to ensure you are receiving the correct macronutrients as you progress throughout your fitness journey! Your calorie requirements are constantly changing and we need to adjust for that. 


Trust the process, stay consistent with your eating and training and be patient with your results!

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3 monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for a beginner?

    The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.
